The mission of the Messiah Lutheran Nursery Program is to promote learning and development cognitively, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually in a Christ centered program. Established in 1973, the nursery is a ministry of Messiah Lutheran Church under a Board of Directors. With the guidance and care of a devoted staff, trained in early childhood education, every child has the opportunity to learn, grow and experience the love of Jesus.
The children gain readiness skill needed for future learning through enriched play activities, pre-reading, writing and math activities. They enjoy a variety of opportunities daily, inluding Bible story time, circle (instructional) time, music, stories and free play. The children also have a variety of outdoor activities available including a playground area and riding toys.
