Youth
Sunday School is held during the regular school year at 9:00 am in Celebration Hall.
Classes are offered for ages 3 - 18.

Each Sunday School year is kicked off after Labor Day with a 'God's Work, Our Hands' service project. The Sunday School children perform a Christmas program for the congregation every year.

Middle & High School
Messiah's Confirmation Program is for 7th and 8th grade students wishing to learn more about the Lutheran Church and beliefs. The confirmation students attend a fall retreat held at Mar Lu Ridge camp outside of Fredrick, Maryland. This is a two year program and ends with the students becoming official confirmed members of the church.
The High School Sunday School Class meets weekly to discuss current topics and enjoy each others company. The youth group has gone on short trips to the DE/MD Synod 'Road Trip' retreat held in Ocean City. The group has also attended the week long ELCA sponsored youth gatherings, with the most recent one being held in Houston, Texas. At this event, they worked on community service projects and worshiped with 30,000 other Lutheran youth from around the country.
